No. RVEAL describes motivation, working style, and pace. It does not provide a validated selection score; do not use results to rank, exclude or select candidates.
RVEAL can give managers and employees language to discuss what energizes or drains them at work. It cannot guarantee retention and has not been shown to predict or reduce turnover.
No. The RVEAL Alignment Profile can inform questions in a structured interview. Your team still sets the role requirements and makes decisions using job-related evidence beyond the profile.
RVEAL Practitioner Training helps HR teams understand what their workplace asks of people and how those demands affect them. The same framework can guide role design, interviews, onboarding, team development and culture work.
Every candidate sees a consent screen naming the organization that invited them before the assessment begins. Organization access to Alignment Profiles is limited to authorized practitioners, and a candidate's private Leo conversations are never visible to that organization.

Alignment Profile credits do not expire. They are available in the Organization workspace after purchase, but practitioners should complete the foundational training before discussing Alignment Profiles with candidates.
